Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication. We would like to inform you of an important update to our payment cycle.
What’s Changing
- Effective 13 October 2025, we will move from a 2-week to a 3-week payment cycle.
- Example: If you work during Week 1 (Mon–Sun), payment will now be made on Friday of Week 4 (previously Week 3).
This adjustment will help ensure that all payments to gig workers are processed smoothly, accurately, and without issues.
We understand this is a change and sincerely appreciate your support as we continue improving our processes.
