How is my ratings determined?
Your ratings reflects how well you've performed in your recent shifts. It takes into account employer feedback (on attitude and work performance), your attendance history, and any serious issues like no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Why did my ratings go down?
There are a few reasons your ratings might drop:Lower ratings from recent employers
No shows or last-minute cancellations
We only look at your most recent shifts, so a drop usually means something happened recently.
How can I improve my ratings?
You can improve your ratings by:Being punctual and showing up for every shift
Performing your tasks reliably and professionally
Maintaining a positive attitude with employers and teammates
Consistency is key — even if you had a rough shift, your ratings will recover with good performance over time.
How many shifts are considered when calculating my ratings?
The calculations are based on two crucial components:Performance ratings given by employers over the last 15 shifts
Penalties for no shows and last minute cancellations over the last 30 shifts
This means your ratings can change quickly — in a good or bad way — based on how you’ve been doing lately.
Do no-shows or last-minute cancellations affect my ratings?
Yes. Missing a shift or canceling right before the shift starts can lower your ratings. Try to only accept shifts you’re sure you can attend. How do I earn a badge?
Badges are awarded based on your rating and number of completed shifts in the past 90 days. All new giggers start with a "New" badge until they qualify for their first badge. Once a gigger earns any badge, they will no longer return to "New" — the lowest badge they can drop to in the future will be Bronze. Giggers with the "New" badge will not earn any points per shift until they move up to Bronze or higher.Badge
