"Completed" means that you're clocked out from a successful shift and will be paid based on the shift's payout. This amount will be reflected in the earnings screen.
Do note, for auto clock-out (no scanning of QR code to clock-out), the shift will be marked 'completed' and earnings will be reflected in the app the next day.
