Any issues about reimbursements, claims, or wrong payout calculations; simply submit a "Request for Reimbursement" in the app. To submit a "Request for Reimbursement", simply go into the "Shifts" tab and tap on the Gig that you would like to submit a reimbursement.
For OT payment, you will need to submit a "Request for Reimbursement" as well as "Update Time" which can be found in the "Shifts" tab as well.
For claims that require supporting documents, for example, Taxi fare, subsidies for safety shoes/FnB cert please submit your receipt as a supporting document to our customer service email (FastGig Singapore: customercare@fastgig.sg; FastGig Malaysia: fg-customercare.my@fastco.asia) for us to verify your claims.
Approved reimbursements will be credited together with your payout.
**IMPORTANT**
All requests will need to be made by the following week's Monday to receive reimbursements on Friday.
