If you know you're unable to turn up for your shift, please inform the FastGig team immediately. If you are unwell, an official 'Medical Certificate' is required. The contact details for each respective country can be found at the bottom of this article.
If you cancel your shift in less than 24 hours without a valid reason, your account will be labeled as 'Last Minute Cancellation' for 7 days. During this time, you will not be allowed to book any shifts. Subsequent 'Last Minute Cancellation' will lead to a permanent ban on your account.
If you did not show up for your shift without prior notice, your account will be marked as 'No Show'. Accounts labeled as 'No Show' will receive a permanent ban from our platform.
