"Incomplete" means that your booking is missing certain requirements. This includes the following:
1) Uploading a verified NRIC in FastGig (Only applicable to FastGig Singapore)
2) The questionnaire is not completed when booking a shift
3) Necessary certification(s) is missing from the profile when applying for a Gig (eg. Gigger does not have a valid Food and Safety certificate when applying for a Gig that requires the certification)
*Do not report to work if your shifts are under this status.
