administering ratings, feedback and service quality;
determining eligibility for job allocation, incentives, or participation in platform programmes;
investigating complaints, disputes, misconduct or fraud;
administering suspension, restriction or termination of access to the platform in accordance with applicable terms and conditions; and
ensuring platform integrity, safety and compliance with applicable laws.
FastGig Sdn. Bhd. may use automated systems, algorithms and performance metrics to support operational decisions such as job allocation, prioritisation, eligibility for incentives and access to platform features. Such systems are used to support efficiency, service quality and fair allocation of opportunities.
You may request general information on the main data factors considered in automated decisions that significantly affect their access to work opportunities, incentives, or platform participation, subject to applicable law.
FastGig Sdn. Bhd. does not use Personal Data to make decisions based on discriminatory factors unrelated to job requirements.
In addition, FastGig Sdn. Bhd. may collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes, depending on the nature of our relationship with you:

If you use our Job Search Services as a job applicant:
to verify and process your personal particulars in relation to your account with us;
maintaining your account with us;
sending you updates and alerts related to job applications which you may have requested for;
communicating with you to inform you of changes and development to FastGig Sdn Bhd. policies, terms and conditions and other administrative information, including for the purposes of servicing you in relation to products and services offered to you;
resolving complaints and handling requests and enquiries;
conducting market research for statistical, profiling and statistical analysis for the improvement of services provided to you; and
the processing of your Personal Data in relation to any of the purposes stated above.
In addition, where permitted under the Act, FastGig Sdn. Bhd. may also collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes (which we may describe in our documents and agreements as "Additional Purposes" for the handling of Personal Data):
